(NYSE: PLT) today introduced the new Plantronics CS70N™ Professional Wireless Headset System, its third-generation headset solution that provides the perfect combination of audio performance, style and comfort. Designed for both traditional and IP desk phones, the Plantronics CS70N provides office professionals with hands-free mobility for increased accessibility and efficiency at work.

Based on the award-winning Plantronics CS70, the new CS70N features a specially-designed boom and noise-cancelling microphone that eliminates distracting background noise in any office environment. The excellent audio, combined with remote answer/end* capabilities, helps the Plantronics CS70N put an end to office “phone tag” — ensuring important calls are never missed. Professionals can be up to 100 metres away from their desk to take a call, providing the freedom and confidence to bring conversations with them in less predictable environments, such as the hallway, or continue calls in more private areas.
The Plantronics CS70N enables users to talk hands-free and accomplish simultaneous tasks that fill the work day, such as using a keyboard and mouse, leading a webinar, or reaching for an important file. The headset is built on digitally encrypted, voice-dedicated DECT™ technology to provide exceptional audio quality and lower interference with other wireless devices.
